What we collect: We collect your name, email, mobile and RSVP selections solely for the purpose of event planning, payment, and communication for this event.

How we use your information: Your details will be used to manage your event participation, send payment confirmation, QR code, and important event updates. We do not share your information with any third party outside our organizing committee.

Data Retention: Your information will be retained only as long as required to facilitate the event and for compliance purposes, and will be deleted after event completion.

Your Rights: You may request deletion or correction of your data at any time by emailing us at info@shreeshaktiassociation.com.au.

Security: All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

Terms and Conditions: All registrations are subject to availability of seats and are confirmed only after successful payment. Children aged 12 years or below are eligible for free meal and tickets when accompanied by a registered adult. Each attendee must present their email confirmation or QR code at the event check-in desk.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Meal ticket purchases for the event are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the Association. If you have registered and are unable to attend, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we may be able to transfer your registration to another attendee.
